Many of us pray each day. Many of us read the Bible throughout the week and attend church on Sunday. How many of us have stopped to think about what the death and resurrection of Christ truly means for us?
Paul tells us in Romans that, although we have sinned, God has justified us. Not only that, He has paid the price for our justification through the death and resurrection of His Son. He did not demand that we do something impossible. Rather, when the price was too much for us to pay, God spotted us.
Thanks to Jesus, we can stand before God justified. There is no other religious leader who could do this. Christ alone can, and did. He became sin for us so that we did not have to be crushed under the weight of our sins. However, we must accept it from Him. God will justify us if we accept Him through His Son. If not, He will not. In the end, will you be justified by God's grace?
